Specification:

DXN series high voltage indicator is adapted for indoor, rated voltage 3~40.5kV, operation frequency 50Hz network to display the electrifying situation of the high voltage loop where the HVLDD is mounted, combine a high voltage equipment with live display device. This voltage indicator type DXN-T is a combination unit for indicating the voltage presence on M.V. cubicles by being installed on the capacitive dividers, and conform to the IEC61958-2000 Standard and National Standard.

Overview

This product is a voltage indicator designed by our company according to user needs. The internal circuit adopts low-power light-emitting elements, so that the whole machine has low power consumption, more stable performance and higher reliability. It is widely used in indoor high-voltage electrical equipment of 7.2, 12, 24, 40.5kV and frequency 50Hz. It can be used with voltage sensors to reflect the high-voltage live condition. It can be matched with isolation switches and grounding switches to improve the error prevention of supporting products performance.

 

Warning: relying solely on the display of the charged display device is not enough to prove that the system is in a non-charged state. If there is any doubt or affect the prescribed operating procedures, an electroscope that meets the requirements of DL740 should also be used for electrical testing.

 

 

Normal working conditions

Ambient temperature: the upper limit does not exceed +40ºC, the lower limit is not lower than -25ºC, and in special areas not lower than -35ºC;

Altitude: Altitude not higher than 1000m in the installation area;

Atmospheric conditions: the daily average value of air relative humidity is not more than 95%, the monthly average is not more than 90%; The daily average water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2kPa, monthly average does not exceed 1.8kPa;

Environmental conditions: no obvious pollution, no flammable, explosive chemical corrosion and salt spray places.

 Note:

 This device is only for reminders, and workers who need to enter the live interval must strictly abide by the electrical safety operating regulations.

 The indicator signal input terminals A, B, C and the ground cannot carry out 2000V/1min withstand voltage (because a working loop has been formed between a, b, c and the ground through the indicator light), otherwise the indicator will be damaged.

  The indicator can be tested for 2000V/1min as follows: the K1 and K2 input terminals of the Q type are forced to be locked in parallel to the ground.
