The sf6 load break switch is suitable for closing and breaking load currents and overload currents in the ring network power supply or double amplitude power supply system of three-phase AC 50/60Hz, rated voltage 24/40.5kV, and can also be used for closing and breaking no-load long lines, no-load transformers and capacitor banks, etc. The combination of load switch and current-limiting fuse in series can be used instead of circuit breaker, i.e. the load switch is responsible for closing and breaking various load currents, while the current-limiting fuse is responsible for breaking larger overload currents and short-circuit currents.
Features.
1. Good insulation performance, the load switch is sealed by the epoxy resin casted upper and lower enclosure, the main circuit and grounding circuit system are all placed inside the shell.
2. Good safety performance, if an internal burning arc occurs, there is a structural weak point at the back of the shell, it will be flushed open, and then the arc relief valve above the cabinet flushes open and directs the overpressure airflow outside the cabinet.
3. Manual and electric operation are available, easy and reliable to operate.
4.Three-phase overall installation, good periodicity, small number of parts, easy to adjust and install, simple and easy, maintenance-free, long life.
Normal working Environment
1. Altitude: ≤1000m
2. Ambient temperature at -30ºC to +40ºC, the daily average temperature should not more than 30ºC.
3. The daily average of relative humidity is less than 95%, the average monthly is less than 90%.
4. Working environment should be without steam, gas, chemical corrosive deposition, salt fog, dust, dirt and other dangerous explosive media, which will severely impact on insulation and conductivity of products.
5. Working environment should not be regular vibration or serious bumps.
