Indoor VCB Use VSG Modular Spring Operating Mechanism
The VSG spring operating mechanism is for VSG-12 vacuum circuit breaker, is a type of front indoor high voltage VCB, suitable for 3 phase AC, 50 Hz, and rated voltage of 12kV, and applied in places with breaking of different load and frequent operations as protection and control unit, such as industrial and mining enterprise, power plants and transformer substations.
The VSG mechanism uses a cam (in the core module of the mechanism) to drive the spindle directly (in the frame spindle module) to reduce the transmission link and improve the transmission efficiency (no hinge connection). Reduce the energy input of the product and increase the service life of the product. Install the main circuit module, that is, complete the basic configuration of the vacuum circuit breaker. Then install the chassis car module, the contact arm, the contact, and the insulating sleeve to complete the configuration of the hand-cranked circuit breaker.
