VS1-12 series indoor vacuum circuit breakers are suitable for switching various loads of different nature and frequent operations in the three-phase AC 50Hz, 10KV power system. Structure
1. The arc extinguishing chamber of the circuit breaker is installed in the front and rear configuration of the operating mechanism, which is connected as a whole through the transmission mechanism to ensure the overall coordination performance of the circuit breaker.
2. The use of a middle-sealed ceramic vacuum interrupter, the copper contact material and the longitudinal magnetic field contact structure are the most advanced arc extinguishing methods recognized in the world today.
3. The vacuum interrupter is installed in the insulating cylinder formed by APG's new art, which not only reduces the overall size of the circuit breaker, but also prevents damage and surface contamination of the arc extinguishing by foreign matter.
4. On the basis of drawing on the advantages of similar foreign products, the insulating cylinder is equipped with inner skirts and reinforcing ribs to improve the insulation level and the ability to resist dynamic and stable current.
5. The operating mechanism adopts the spring energy storage type, which has two functions of electric and manual energy storage. When the circuit breaker is working, the energy of the stored energy spring is transmitted to the linkage mechanism through the output cam, and then transmitted to the movable contact through the linkage mechanism.
6. Advanced and reasonable buffer device, no rebound when opening, weaken the shock and vibration of opening.
7. No need to adjust, little or no maintenance.
