LY-12 Gas Insulated Switchgear Series

The LY-12 gas insulated switchgear series is a compact metal-sealed switchgear system designed for 10KV power distribution systems. It offers unique flexibility with its expandability, allowing for full and semi-modular combinations.

The stainless steel gas chamber of the LY-12 switchgear is filled with SF6 gas, providing complete sealing of all live parts and the switch, isolating them from external influences. This fully-sealed structure ensures reliability, safety, and maintenance-free operation.

Basic Module Schemes:

• C: Two-position load break switch unit with earthing switch


• F: Load break switch-fuse combination module


• V: Vacuum switch module with earthing switch and two-position load (isolating) switch


• D: Cable connection module without earthing switch


• De: Cable connection module with earthing switch


 

 

Working Conditions:

• Ambient air temperature: +40 °C to -40 °C


• Air relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%


• Altitude ≤ 1500 meters


• Seismic intensity not exceeding 8


• Suitable for places without fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration
