The static contact is the key component of the high-voltage switch. The connection and disconnection of the high-voltage switch depends on it. Its service life determines the service life of the high-voltage switch, which in turn determines the safe operation of the high-voltage transmission and transformation grid. When the contact is working, it relies on its own rigidity to produce a pressing force on the moving contact. Therefore, the contact parts require high strength and rigidity in addition to higher electrical conductivity.
Conductive parts
Fixed contact are mainly used in high-voltage switch cabinets, but not in low-voltage cabinets.
The fixed contacts are installed in the switch cabinet contact box, one switch cabinet is equipped with six, and the ABC three-phase one-phase two each. A high-voltage connection through a circuit breaker is similar to the air circuit breaker principle we usually use. Take phase A as an example. The incoming power passes through the A-phase busbar-the circuit breaker A phase up-A phase down, and then out.
