Panel type short-circuit earth fault indicator is supporting installation ring net switch in the power distribution network system, cable branch box, box changes. Used to indicate the corresponding cable segment of single-phase earth fault of short circuit and a real-time monitoring devices. Line fails, the staff can use indicator alarm indication, quickly determine the fault section, and find out the fault point. At the same item, the alarm fine real-time can be sent to the monitoring center server. In monitoring the computer screen shows a fault area and the specific location, guide the patrol personnel to quickly determine the fault section and find out the fault point. Main function
1. Short circuit alarming and indicating: Short circuit sensor measures the circuit at work, when the electric current reaches or exceeds the setting value of the short circuit current when the short trouble takes place in the circuit, short circuit sensor send out the alarm signal, transmit to the indicator computer via the wire (the optic fiber) , after the indicator computer receives this signal, it produces the corresponding warning indicator signal.
2. Earthing alarming and indicating: The earthing sensor measures the zero sequence current of the circuit at work, when the earthing current reaches or exceeds the setting value of the earthing current when the ground fault takes place in the circuit
3. Low voltage alarming and indicating: The indicator adopts battery power supply, it will send out voltage signal when the voltage of battery is below normal working voltage 0v to remind workers to change battery. Low battery alerting function could separately indicate no less than 60 lasting daysearthing sensor will send out the alarm signal, transmit to the indicator computer via the wire (the optic fiber) , after the indicator computer receives this signal, it produces the corresponding warning indicator signal
4. Reset automatically: After the indicating device sends out the alarm signal, if it was not reset manually, after the setting time, the indicating device can be reset automatically.
5. Manual reset: After the indicating device alerts, operator could release the alerts through pushing " resets / tests " button on the indicator indicator panel after holding for 3 seconds.
6. Automation: After the indicating device produces the corresponding warning indicator signal, it will output the remote alarm signal transmission. The indicating device can also receive the reset signal from the distant place, and will reset it by remote operation
7. Test: The indicator can carry on the work of self test.

Installation
1. The indicator can installed in the ring main unit (Switch board, cable branch box, etc. ) on the front panel and the operator must push the shrapnel on the indicator while dismantling it

The three cables of earthing sensor should be wrapped while installing, the earthing cable should be crossed back to the sensor
5. Connection between earthing sensor and indicator
