This Auxiliary Switch series applies to the operating mechanisms switching on, switching off, interlock, and controlling of signal circuit of various high voltage circuit breakers and high voltage isolating switches. It also applies to HV switchgears, and can be used as transfer switch or cubicle switch.It is also used as auxiliary electric appliance to connect or break the signal to control the measurement, protection and interlocking in the operating mechanism such as high-voltage circuit breaker, high-low isolation switch, low-pressure air switch and low-pressure knife switch.
Structure Form:
1.F1 can adjust the rotation angle of the center moving contact to 60° ~90° ~120°according to the different requirements of use.
2.F1 is divided into horizontal type and vertical type according to the installation method. According to the structure, it is divided into horizontal type with fast mechanism and direct drive and delay contact.
The F10 series is directly driven, each section contains a pair of static contacts which are divided into two types: time delay contacts and no delay The delay contact can compensate the anti-jump relay action time lag, and the instantaneous contact solves the problem that the electronic components such as the electronic counter in the switch are prone to burn out with a long time charged.
Working Principle:
The movable contact is rotated by rotating the square shaft by 60°/90°/120° to achieve contact or separation with the static contact, thereby turning on or off the controlled electrical circuit.Auxiliary contacts can be with long delay or short delay according to customer requirements.
