GN19-12, 12C Series Indoor High-Voltage Disconnect Switches

The GN19-12, 12C series indoor high-voltage disconnect switches, manufactured by Yueqing Liyond Electric Co., Ltd., are designed for indoor use with a rated voltage of 12kV, three-phase AC 60Hz. These switches are ideal for dividing and closing circuits under voltage and no load conditions.

Features:

• Consists of base frame, rotating shaft, lever, porcelain pillar insulator, gate knife, and connection board


• Improved mechanical strength and heat dissipation area


• Available in GN19-12/400, 630, 1000, 1250 types

Working Principle:

The conductive part of the disconnect switch is fixed on the base by pillar insulators, with contact knives and holders for each phase. The contact knives are connected to tie insulators and the spindle, which is linked to the moving mechanism through the handle.

Model Meaning:

The GN19-12/1000, 1250 types feature a magnetic locking plate to enhance stability during large short-circuit currents. GN19-12/400, 630 switches do not require a magnetic locking plate due to their small limit through current.
