A mechanical switch used in the grounding portion of a circuit that can carry current under abnormal conditions (such as short-circuit current) for a certain period of time, but it is not required to carry current under normal circuit conditions. Applicable to 12KV- 40.5KV and below, AC 50Hz power system, can be used with various types of high voltage switchgear for grounding protection.
Main structure of grounding switch:
bracket, grounding knife assembly, static contact, sensor, shaft, arm,compression spring, conductive sleeve, soft connection. The bracket is bent by a thin steel plate and welded into parts, and the rest are assembled parts.

Note: JN15-12/31.5-150 requires an insulating cover to increase the insulation level due to the distance between the phases. JN15-24/31.5-210 also has an insulating cover.
