Specification


Principle: Zero-sequence current transformer uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to convert the zero-sequence current in a three-phase circuit into a low-voltage signal. It consists of two parts, one is the core and the other is the winding, which is realized by the interaction of the core and the winding.

Structure: Zero-sequence current transformer usually consists of core, winding and housing, supported by insulating material and insulating structure inside. It can be a single-phase or three-phase current transformer.

Features: Zero sequence current transformer has the characteristics of compact structure, reliable work, high accuracy and strong anti-interference ability, which can transform the zero sequence current in the power system into a set of small currents suitable for measurement, so that the zero sequence current in the circuit can be measured accurately according to the requirements.

Application: Zero sequence current transformers are widely used in power systems, mainly for detecting grounding faults in power systems. In the power system ground fault occurs, the system will produce a large amount of zero sequence current, through the measurement of zero sequence current can be found in time to make the corresponding protective measures.

Note: In the installation and use of zero sequence current transformer, attention should be paid to maintain a good state of insulation, and regular testing and calibration.

 

Suitable Operating Condition

1. Ambient temperature: -25"C~+60C, the daily average temperature shall notexceed +40°C.
2. Altitude: ≤3000m (special order for plateau use).
3. Relative humidity: daily average relative humidity≤95%, monthly averagerelative humidity≤90%.
4. There is no conductive dust and conductive metal in the surrounding medium,or corrosive gas, mold, etc. that damage the insulation.
